In Manhattan: Stacking the Shelves (23)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews. "In Manhattan" is a weekly recap of all that has occurred on the blog and any new purchases.

I've been on a little review frenzy these days only because school starts in three weeks and so does the reviews for the books that I've had to put on hold until February. I'm probably going to have another block period like I did this time, but only for about two months. I'm not sure yet, but I will let you guys know.

Also, I've started keeping a calender, and marking off when reviews are going in for ARC/For Review/Bought books. Took me a few hours to make BUT in keeping with my bloggy New Years resolution it had to be done. I won't publish the calender or anything but just know that if you are a self-published author I am A) Still accepting review requests and B) I always have openings.

And finally, just wanted to let everyone know that along with Xpresso Tours I've also become a Tour Host for Coffee, Books, & Lipgloss

ARC/For Review:

 Entangled by Nikki Jefford

I participated in a Book Blitz for this novel that was hosted by Giselle through her Xpresso Tour site.

Bought:

Now, I don't own a Kindle, BUT I do own an iPad and so I downloaded the Kindle app and there was this huge sale going on and I bought way too many books. Also, I won't be accepting review requests on the Kindle except for my Netgalley or books bought, only because I now have three digital forms to buy books (iBook, Nook, and Kindle) and I have Bluefire so I kind of want to keep everything in one location as much as possible. All the review requests go on my Nook.

Here's a snapshot:

Coffeehouse Angel by Suzanne Selfors
Starkissed by Brynna Gabrielson
Jane by April Lindner
The Lonely Hearts Club by Elizabeth Eulberg
Not That Kind of Girl by Siobhan Vivian
Graveminder by Melissa Marr
Carnival of Souls by Melissa Marr
The Lies that Bind by Lisa Roecker & Laura Roecker
The Liar Society by Lisa Roecker & Laura Roecker

And on my Nook, I got:

Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare

I loved Entangled so much! Nikki is great and the book is full of witty dialogue, I can't wait to see what you think! Great haul this week!
